In the operation of electric stacker, long time and long distance acceleration should be used as little as possible. When the stacker starts and the speed increases, stabilize the accelerator pedal. If the road condition is good, the stacker will continue to accelerate.
When the stacker needs to slow down, relax the accelerator pedal and gently tap the brake pedal, so as to make full use of the energy of deceleration. If the stacker has regenerative braking function, the kinetic energy of deceleration can be recovered. In the operation of electric stacker, do not take emergency braking frequently in the process of high-speed driving; Otherwise, it will cause huge friction on the brake assembly and driving wheel, shorten the service life of the brake assembly and driving wheel, and even damage the brake assembly and driving wheel. After inserting the fork into the tray, tighten the oil release screw on the cylinder, press down the handle with your hand, or step on the foot below the cylinder, the hydraulic car will gradually rise.

Stacking crane refers to the use of fork or string rod as a device to take things, in the warehouse, workshop and other places to grab, handling and stacking or take unit goods from the high shelf special crane.
