When the vehicle falls on the ramp, do not disconnect the driving motor circuit of the electric stacker, gently step on the brake pedal, so that the stacker runs under regenerative braking state, so as to use the kinetic energy of the vehicle to reduce the energy consumption of the battery. Domestic stacker can be divided into internal combustion stacker and electric stacker according to the classification method of power. Internal combustion stacker is powered by fuel, with higher power and wider application scope, but internal combustion stacker has serious emission and noise problems.
Energy conservation and environmental protection will be one of the themes now. We should consider reducing emissions, improving the efficiency of hydraulic system, vibration reduction and noise reduction. It is certain that electric stackers with low emissions and even zero emissions and low noise will occupy the whole electric stacker market in the future. The main market may be all-electric stacker, natural gas stacker, liquefied petroleum gas stacker and other environment-friendly electric stacker. With the acceleration of internationalization, Chinese electric forklifts gradually enter the international market.
The circular appearance of the streamlined electric forklift replaces the square and sharp appearance of the old forklift, greatly expanding the driver’s field of vision and improving operation safety. The new electric forklift will pay more attention to human efficiency, improve the operation comfort.
