It is a common type of fork fatigue fracture in stacking truck.  Fatigue fracture generally evolves from crack generation to fracture.  So this process has a lot of sudden harm.  Fatigue is very sensitive to the surface defects of the fork, such as forging traces, folds and other surface defects caused by the forging process, so that the stress in the defective parts is far greater than other parts, so as to become the main source of fatigue fracture.  Manual hydraulic hauler is composed of hydraulic lifting system and body.

Ergonomics is widely used in product design, especially in improving the operating environment of the science, the purpose is to reduce the driver fatigue and increase the comfort of operation and other means to maximize the efficiency of production.  The low height of manual hydraulic truck is an important factor in the purchase, in addition to the tray size and cylinder technology and castor material need to be taken into account.  Machine performance parameters: dimensions, load, load center distance, small turning radius, driving speed, lifting/descending speed, climbing slope, noise, exhaust gas (gasoline engine), etc.  Maneuverability and comfort, the maneuverability of imported cars is better than that of domestic cars, but the introduced technology cars are basically close to imported cars.

 

Safety, the domestic stacker has passed the standard limit to make it safe. As stipulated in the standard, when the lifting weight exceeds 25% of the rated load, the stacker’s safety valve must be opened.  When the plane carrying distance in 30m or so, walking type manual truck is undoubtedly the best choice, driving speed through the handle of the infinitely variable speed switch control, follow the operator walking speed, reduce staff fatigue at the same time, to ensure the safety of operation.  The standard lifting height of general stackers is 3m. In order to meet the needs of users with different lifting heights, major manufacturers design a series of gantries with lifting heights of 3-6m for users.

 

In order to ensure the stability of stackers, when the lifting height exceeds 3m, the lifting amount will decrease accordingly. Users can select the lifting weight according to the lifting height load curve of stackers or samples corresponding to different lifting heights.  Attention should be paid to the piled up car parts and timely maintenance for replacement.  Many parts have their own scrap standards, we can replace according to the scrap standards, pay attention to the replacement of the same manufacturer with the same specification and model material parts.
