When the fork teeth are stressed, they may act directly on the bearing of the door frame due to the failure of stress transfer, resulting in bearing rupture.

 

Imagine on both sides of the fork tooth back seat and the gap between the door frame on the position of each welding an iron seat, so that the gap between the fork tooth back seat and the door frame is reduced to about 5MM.  So when the fork teeth at the fork force and affected by the impact, will add some force through welding iron to the door frame, and the door frame is fixed on the wheel and the body, can stand the force, not damage, avoids the impact effect on the bearing directly, indirectly protect door frame bearing, so as to avoid the bearing load and damage.  This idea was supported by the technical department, and the mechanical repair workshop of the technical department implemented the transformation.
